BOOK SwaP
Friday, MARCH 15TH, 2024
IN CELEBRATION OF MARCH IS READING MONTH, WE'RE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE A BOOK SWAP ON MARCH 15TH! ENCOURAGE YOUR STUDENTS TO BRING UP TO 3 QUALITY BOOKS TO EXCHANGE. FOR EACH BOOK THEY CONTRIBUTE, THEY'LL RECEIVE 1 TICKET TO "SHOP" FOR NEW READS. REST ASSURED, EVERY STUDENT WILL LEAVE WITH AT LEAST ONE NEW BOOK, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY BRING BOOKS TO SWAP. STUDENTS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SELECT BOOKS WITHIN OR NEAR THE READING LEVEL OF THE ONES THEY BRING IN. LET'S MAKE THIS A MEMORABLE EVENT FOR OUR YOUNG READERS!
WHAT CONSTITUTES A "GOOD" BOOK? BOOKS THAT ALIGN WITH OR ARE CLOSE TO THE STUDENTS' READING LEVEL. WE REQUEST THAT THE BOOKS BE IN GOOD CONDITION AND EASY TO READ. HOWEVER, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU SEND BOOKS BELOW YOUR STUDENTS' READING LEVEL, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ENSURE THEY CAN EXCHANGE THEM FOR AGE-APPROPRIATE OR LEVEL-APPROPRIATE BOOKS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
